- The time listed for the Reservation is your check-in time and NOT the actual time that you will be in front of Santa.
- There is no guaranteed or implied duration of your visit with Santa.
- Payment for this Reservation reserves your time ($$$) and up to six passes for entry ($42 value) to the North Pole on the date of this Reservation. Additional passes can be purchased at the door upon check-in.
- Persons not following posted rules will be asked to leave the North Pole play area.
- This Reservation includes a $20 CREDIT toward your purchase of portraits or digital images.
- Only ONE sitting/grouping per Reservation.
- Customers who want Children photographed separately and then together need a separate Reservation for each child.
- Additional Photos with Cousins, Groups, Neighbors, Friends, Step-Siblings, or any other Groupings outside of the first/original grouping MUST have their own separate Reservations.
- Please double-check the date and time for your Reservation. Payment for this Reservation serves as a deposit to hold this time for you. All Reservations are non-refundable.
