Double-check the dates and times of your Reservation. Any rescheduling is limited to the available dates and times that remain on the website.

At 7:23pm on 11/6, the last available Reservation was booked.  Any cancelations or additional openings will be posted here throughout the year.  We are very sorry if you want a spot for the 2025 North Pole season and did not get one.  The current demand far exceeds our supply of time.
